RETURNS
& EXCHANGES:
For
returns, we have a 20 day money back guarantee (from the time of
receipt).
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, call or email us to
say that you're sending it back.
Do not return without first contacting us by telephone or email
in order to avoid a 20% restocking fee.
All returned orders totaling $75.00 or more will be subject to
a 20% restocking fee (may be waived for returning customers).
All items must have original tags still attached along with the
box they came in (if they had a box).
In other words, don't take the tags off until you're sure you're
keeping it.
Bottoms should be tried on over briefs or pantyhose.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not returned
in it's original condition.
Shipping/handling charges are not refundable.
This includes the actual shipping cost (what we paid) on orders
over $30.00.
These actual shipping charges are deducted from the return amount.
For
exchanges, there are no restocking fees charged.
In this case, while we do not reimburse for postage on the returned
order, there are no further shipping charges on the replacement
order.
Hosiery,
vintage apparel, noted "special order", closeout, and
one-of-a-kind items are generally not returnable.
