USA ORDERS: For US orders, we accept Mastercard, VISA, American Express and Discover Card payments through our Paypal shopping cart. You do not have to have a PayPal account, although if you do you can pay that way also. Personal check or money order is also acceptable. Email your order to us at brabarella@gmail.com, and we will hold your item for 10 days until payment is received. If paying by personal check, shipping may be delayed until check clears.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We can only accept credit card or PayPal for international orders due to the high cost of cashing foreign checks. We also request your confirmed PayPal address.

For domestic shipping, we use either USPS First Class or Priority, with Delivery Confirmation. Insurance is extra, if requested. We may use UPS for large orders. We usually ship within 24 hours of payment for in stock items. However, if you need something in a hurry, please check with us prior to ordering to ensure that we have it in stock. Our shopping cart is not integrated with our inventory so there may be times when we'll need to order items, which could delay shipment up to two weeks.

For international orders over $200.00, email us and we will give you a shipping quote. You can also just go ahead and order and we will send you an invoice for the extra shipping amount. In most cases it will be the same as the $80.00-$200.00 (amount spent) rates listed above.

All packages arrive under the "LPD" label. So if you're a guy ordering for your significant other (or yourself), the packaging is discreet.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

For returns, we have a 20 day money back guarantee (from the time of receipt). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, call or email us to say that you're sending it back. Do not return without first contacting us by telephone or email in order to avoid a 20% restocking fee. All returned orders totaling $75.00 or more will be subject to a 20% restocking fee (may be waived for returning customers). All items must have original tags still attached along with the box they came in (if they had a box). In other words, don't take the tags off until you're sure you're keeping it. Bottoms should be tried on over briefs or pantyhose. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not returned in it's original condition. Shipping/handling charges are not refundable. This includes the actual shipping cost (what we paid) on orders over $50.00. These actual shipping charges are deducted from the return amount.

For exchanges, there are no restocking fees charged. In this case, while we do not reimburse for postage on the returned order, there are no further shipping charges on the replacement order.

Hosiery, vintage, noted "special order", closeout, and one-of-a-kind items are generally not returnable.
