BRA & BODY BRIEFER SIZING
1. Measure under the bust. Add 5" to determine bra size. For example 29" + 5 = 34. For measurements above 33", only add 3"
2. Measure above the bust. This should verify your band size. For example, 34" = a size 34 bra
3. Measure over the fullest part of the bust
1" more than bra size = A cup
2 " more than bra size = B cup
3 " more than bra size = C cup
4 " more than bra size = D cup
5 " more than bra size = DD or E cup
6 " more than bra size = DDD or F cup

GIRDLE SIZING
1. Measure around your natural waistline keeping the tape comfortably loose.
2. Measure around the fullest part of your hips
3. Your girdle size is your waist measurement unless your hips are more than 10" larger than your waist. In this case, go the next size up.
For example, if your waist measurement is 30" and your hips are 42", you should go with a size 32 girdle.
